These are the Terms, Conditions, Policies and Procedures (TCP&P) for use of the NetOffer System.
- The NetOffer.com system includes all pages and communication tools that are provided by NetOffer… including Websites, BLOGs, Emails, Instant Messages, etc. that operate as a software service provided by our technology.
- Usage of the NetOffer.com system is a privilege not a right and as such we expect that you will comply with our general goals of providing a safe and efficient digital environment where business owners and the general public can come together to connect and transact business.
- The general rule is that civility and respect by and between all users of the NetOffer system is to be maintained at all times.
- Usage of copyrighted materials without the written permission of the copyright owner is prohibited and is a violation of U.S. Copyright law that may subject you to legal actions by the copyright owner.
- Usage of copyrighted materials without the written permission of the copyright owner may subject your service to termination or suspension or restriction.
- NetOffer reserves the right to remove content that is a potential violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act and which has had a properly and validly filed complaint submitted by a person claiming to the rightful copyright owner of the material subject to the complaint.
- Website and BLOG content placed on the NetOffer system may not contain any content that is: a) Illegal under any state or federal law, b) pornographic (if you do not know what that means we do and will make the judgement for you by removing your account), c) hateful (similarly… we reserve the sole right to determine if content crosses the boundary into hate speech), or d) otherwise offensive to improvement of the general human condition, enhancement of business goals, and connectivity between businesses and their clients.
- These Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures will be modified from time to time and your continued use of the NetOffer system may be affected by those changes. It is your responsibility to visit this page periodically and refresh your awareness of our TCP&Ps.
- NetOffer reserves the right to change the pricing at any time for any of our services. When such changes are made we will post those changes a minimum of 30 days in advance. If you are a Client on one of our monthly service plans we will directly and individually notify you of the price change at least 30 days in advance by sending you an email. Be sure to set all emails from the netoffer.com domain as ‘white listed’ so that you get such communications in a timely fashion.
- All content, include but not limited to images, audio files, video files, and text that is placed on the NetOffer system by a User of the system is owned by that User. NetOffer does not make any claim of ownership, or right to use, related to any content placed on the system by any User.
