We list homes on the MLS for a Flat Fee. That means that when your home sells we do not charge any additional commission or fee.
Our fees are:
- $299 for a 6 month MLS Listing, or
- $399 for a 9 month MLS Listing

We offer Flat Fee MLS Listing Services in Dallas County, Collin County, Denton County and Tarrant County.

Since 2004 NetOffer has helped well over 2,000 people sell their homes through Flat Fee MLS Listings, and has helped over 50 people purchase a home through the Buyer Rebate Program.

2% Buyers Rebate Service
We will be glad to represent you as your Agent when you buy your next home. If that home is listed on the MLS it probably offers a 3% commission to the Buyer’s Agent. We will be glad to 
take a commission of only 1% under most circumstances.
Our fee for representing Buyers is based on the following schedule:
- 1% of the Sale Price, or
- $2,500 as a minimum Fee, or
- $150 per Hour for time spent
We charge the greater of the above fees. That means if you purchase a home under $250,000 our fee may be greater than 1% of the Sale Price. Also, if it takes us more than 16.6 hours of time to help with the purchase of your home you will pay based on the actual time spent at a rate of $150 per hour.
Since we are foregoing the normal commission of 3% we can only offer the 2% rebate service under the condition that you sign a special agreement and provide us with a credit card in advance. If you do not purchase a home you will be charged for the time we spend.
We track all time spent including market research, travel, showings, telephone calls, etc.
If you do not have a home under contract within two weeks, or within 6 hours of time spent, there will be an interim charge made to your credit card, however, interim charges do not cause your total fee to be increased.

While this program is not attractive to many home buyers those who are serious about purchasing a home and saving 2% can benefit significantly by saving money on their Buyer’s Agent Commissions.
