How Does the Merchant Voucher Marketing Program Work?
- As a Merchant competing for business you know that you have to advertise to get people to notice you. But you also know that most advertising choices are sort of like drilling for oil… there are a lot of dry wells into which you can sink a ton of money.
- The NetOffer Merchant Voucher Marketing Service allows you to generate new clients without wasting money on non-performing advertising. We do not ask you to pay anything up front.
- We only send you clients who have paid for your services in advance.
- We will help you craft an offer that makes sense for your business.
- We will do all the hard work of:
- creating a website to help you market your business,
- put your offer in front of thousands of local prospects
- create the advertising copy and graphics
What Kind Of Discount Must I Offer?
- Generally, your Discount Offer must be at least 50% Off of Retail Price.
- Restaurants are required to offer Discount that are at least 50% but most of the time that is also the maximum that is needed.
- Dentists, and Wellness, Fitness, Health, Beauty, Nutritional, Spa, Hair, and Nail Salons are recommended to offer between 60% and 80% off of a package deal.
- Retailers must also offer at least a 50% discount.
- Recreational and Entertainment venues such as Theaters, Amusement Parks, Music Venues, and Kiddy Parks are recommended to offer 60% or greater.
How Much of the Sale Price Do I Get?
- NetOffer keeps a portion of the Sale Price of each Voucher we sell. We only make money if you get customers.
- NetOffer pays the the remainder of the Sale Price to the Merchant when the Buyer redeems the coupon Voucher.
- NetOffer guarantees the Buyer that the Merchant will be in business and able and willing to honor the Voucher when presented.
- NetOffer covers the payment processing fee and delivers the coupon to the Buyer out of the portion that NetOffer keeps.
How Many People Will See My Offer?
- That depends as NetOffer is a Referral Marketing System. What we mean by Referral Marketing is that NetOffer does not push-out the Coupons when initially offered. We rely upon our network of ‘Community Owners’ to notify their communities of offers that are valuable.
- Community Owners can easily send a notice to their Community Members that your Offer is on the Net. When a Community Owner recommends an Offer they are putting their personal recommendation to the Coupon you are sending out.
- Our system generates a great response but it takes a little time to spread the word so you are not swamped with redemption requests the next day.
How Is NetOffer Different from Groupon and Google?
- Vouchers can only be purchases by people who have an Account on NetOffer. Every NetOffer Account is a Community Account.
- Community Owners (people with Account on NetOffer) build Communities by inviting their friends to join their Community.
- When a Community Owner notices a Coupon that they think is particularly valuable they are encouraged to send a notice to their Community Members alerting them of the Coupon.
- This is Referral Marketing which is much more effective in the long term than simple discount marketing.
How Are Coupons Redeemed?
- The Coupon Redemption process is designed specifically for your business.
- Typically, Buyers simply bring a printed Coupon into your business.
- The Coupon will have a unique Voucher Number.
- You will enter the Voucher Number into your Merchant Account with NetOffer to record that it has been redeemed.
- You will be asked to send the redeemed Vouchers to NetOffer.
How Do I Get Paid by NetOffer?
- Merchants record the Sold Vouchers in an Account that is set up online for the Merchant.
- NetOffer will send you a check for the Redeemed Vouchers weekly.
How Do You Handle Problem Customers?
- Some Customers may try to redeem a Voucher more than once. If that occurs NetOffer will cover the double Redemption cost.
- NetOffer will contact the problem Customer and suspend or cancel their Accounts so that they can not abuse the system in the future.
- NetOffer will bear the cost of a ‘Double’ Redemption if that occurs. Merchants will bear the cost of Triple or greater Redemptions.
- NetOffer will make every attempt to insure that the Buyers do not abuse the system by providing Vouchers that are clearly marked with unique coding information.
