Q: What are the Benefits of Platinum vs FREE?
A: Platinum Accounts receive the benefits of
- Unlimited Size Community
- Domain Hosting
- Participation in the Referral Program
Q: What is the Maximum Group Size?
A: There are a couple of restrictions that do apply to the FREE Basic Account.
One of those restrictions is that the Maximum # of Members to your ‘Community’ is limited to 50 Members. There are several ways that people can become Members of your Community. You can add them or they can add themselves.
Q: Why would you want Community Members and what are Community Members?
A: Think of these as ‘Friends’ like on Facebook, but, from a Business perspective, these Friends are also potential customers or clients. Members of your Community may be given special privileges such as posting videos, events, or discussion groups and comments on your site. You can use your Community Members to help create content for your search engine marketing efforts. There are many reasons that you would want to build a group.
- The Basic Account Community is limited to 50 Members maximum.
- The Platinum Account can build a Community of Unlimited size.
You can ‘Classify’ your Community Members… Tall or Short, Men or Women, Green or Blue… etc. Set up any classifications that make sense for your business or community. Then, when you need to select all of the Tall Green Women, or the Short Blue Men you can click a button or two, compose an email or marketing flyer, and send it to everyone in your Community that you have selected.
Q: Tell me about Domain Hosting?
A: DNS Hosting can be provided. The process is very simple. We will provide you with the instructions or assistance needed to point your A-Record to our IP Address. NetOffer does NOT host email. You must make other arrangements for email hosting.
Q:What kind of Technical Support do you provide?
A: Platinum Accounts have access to Telephone Support. Basic Accounts have access to Email Support. Telephone Support is limited in both scope and duration. We will be glad to answer questions and point you in the right direction but we may not have the time to stay on the phone while you implement our suggestions. Due to our in depth familiarity with the Word Press system we can usually point you in the right direction within a couple of minutes.
